Biological Activity:
TMEM16A (ANO1) calcium-activated chloride channel (CaCC) activator (EC50 = 3 μM). Ca2+-independent. Displays no effect on CFTR Cl- or ENaC Na+ conductance. Stimulates submucosal gland secretion in human bronchi.
